What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and your responses to the optional survey questions (ADHD diagnosis timeline, current tool, and task type that causes the most paralysis). We also log which page you signed up from.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, or payment information during your free trial.

How we use it

• To send you a confirmation email when you create an account
• To send product updates and renewal reminders
• To shape product decisions based on aggregated survey responses
• To send a follow-up survey about your ADHD experience (optional, one email)

Who we share it with

We use Resend to send transactional email. Your email address is stored in our Cloudflare D1 database. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties.

We use Apollo.io for customer relationship management. Your email is added to a private list in our account only.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of that email. To request deletion of your data, email us at [email protected] and we will remove your record within 7 days.

Cookies

Mutra does not use tracking cookies or analytics that follow you across the web. We may use a session cookie to preserve your signup state.
